Home Chefs- Our number one goal is to bring to market Perigord Truffle (Tuber melanosporum) grown in the Willamette Valley on our truffière at the peak of ripeness. While primarily focused on providing Perigord to the restaurants of the Pacific Northwest we also will ship to individuals in small quantities throughout the USA mainland. We will provide table petites which are the same high quality and characteristics as first grade truffles used in restaurants only in a friendlier size for a dinner party.
