Australian Truffle Traders
Gavin and Mel are the owners of this family-run operation in Manjimup, Western Australia and offer truffle hunts during their season.
Grit Kitchen Restaurant (Closed due to COVID)
Ashley and her team were the first people to cook with our truffle, also making Grit the first restaurant to cook with a Pacific Northwest grown Perigord truffle. This funky little house-converted-to-restaurant is located in Eugene’s Whitaker District serving a delicious seasonal menu of local produce. Great food, great people.
Oregon Truffle Festival
The O.T.F. is now considered a must go to event in the truffle world (ranked in the top 5 truffle festivals in the world). It has so much going on it’s impossible to list it all. Go to the site, get your tickets, and we will see you there.
Treetec Consulting
Dr. Nick and Anne Malajczuk were instrumental in cultivating the first Perigord Truffles in Western Australia as part of the founding owners of The Truffle & Wine Co in Manjimup, Australia. They are consultants, truffle growers, truffle boost inventors and suppliers of Australian grown truffle. We use their services for our truffière management and their USA supplier (www.mycorrhizalonline.com) for truffle boost.
Truffle Dog Company
Located in Seattle, Truffle Dog Company has a highly professional dog team that we use for surveys of our property as well as training advice. They provide training and culinary adventures in Washington State for people and dogs who want to look for native truffle.

We were honored in Dec 2017 to have Roy Breiman, Mark Bodinet and their team use our truffle at their 2nd annual Winter Truffle Experience. Although a very small part of this event, it did mark the first time PNW grown truffle had been used in a restaurant in Washington and the first time outside of Oregon.
